You will receive access to a 3 day workout plan which should be complete every week with one day in between sessions for recovery. Additionally, you will receive access to a fitness blog to help improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. You will work these exercises in pairs...for example begin 1a, then work to 1b, then back to 1a etc...
