LUKE PERRY
DIRECTOR & LEAD COACH
As a UEFA A licensed coach through the English Football Association, Luke Perry has quickly established himself as one of the most up and coming coaches in the game today.
Coach Perry has been the Head Coach at NCAA DII American International College since 2015, turning the program around into one of the most competitive teams in the conference.

Prior to coaching, Perry was an all-conference collegiate player and competed at the professional level.
MARIO COSTA
REGIONAL DIRECTOR & LEAD COACH
As a USSF licensed coach through US Soccer Federation, Mario joins LPA soccer bringing a wealth of knowledge in player development at the elite youth level from U5s through Under 23s.
Coach Mario is also the Head Coach at Stonington High School. He has coached at this level for the last 8 years, helping Stonington High School to win the CT state championship. Mario has played an instrumental role in developing players to move into the college game, with many of his players currently playing in DI, DII & DIII.
Mario was a NCAA DII standout player, receiving all-conference accolades, and went on to play semi-professionally

JAKE DURHAM
LEAD COACH
Jake Durham joins the LPA team as one of the most recognized players in the region.
​
Since arriving from Bury Football Club, Durham became an impact player at American International College where he served as a captain for three years.
​
Jake was an All-region and All-Conference player for the Yellow Jackets and went on to play semi-professionally for Ann Arbor and Reading United.
​
Jake is an NCAA DII Assistant Coach who currently holds his English FA Level 2 coaching in football and is working towards his UEFA B license.
DEREK PEREIRA
LEAD COACH
Coach Pereira is entering his second year as an Assistant Coach at American International College where he has helped the program to reach their first NCAA appearance in program history. He is a USSF licensed coach through US Soccer.

Derek was a standout collegiate player at American International College where he lead the program as a Captain his senior year. He is also a member of the USL 2 side AC Connecticut.

BRIANNA PERRY
LEAD COACH
Brianna is a former NCAA DII soccer star who played an instrumental part in the American International College Women's Soccer team over her four years with the program. After an appearance in the NCAA Semi-Final in her Freshman year, Brianna went on to achieve a All-Conference and All-Region awards during her time with the team.
Brianna is a full-time special education teacher and part-time LPA Soccer Coach.
MARY COSTA
LEAD COACH
Coach Mary has been with LPA Soccer for the past two years and has played a vital role in the development of our youngest age players. As a full-time teacher, Coach Mary has a great understanding of the learning techniques and aids to help the holistic development our players receive.
JESSICA COSTA
LEAD COACH
Jessica has been coaching with LPA for the past two seasons and has been an incredible asset for the development of our U6 program. Her ability to connect and interact with the little ones really allows them to develop the FUNdamentals of soccer.
